I’m a wife, designer, wedding day problem-solver extraordinaire, & mom to two sweet girls, Charlotte & Quinn. (As you’ve probably guessed, they’re the inspiration behind Charlie Quinn Wedding Collective. I’m sure they’ll thank me someday once they’re done playing with their Barbie dolls.)
When I married my BFF back in 2017, so much went wrong on our wedding day. Just so you have an idea...the shuttle left without me, & the door I was meant to enter through was locked, leaving me to walk past all my guests in my bathrobe holding my dress. My planner never told me my dress needed to be bustled before our reception, so my husband was continually kicking my train during our first dance just to keep us from tripping, just to name a few mishaps. I remember thinking, no bride should ever feel this stressed on their wedding day. That moment lit a fire in me, & it’s exactly why I do what I do today.
As a wedding planner, my heart is to carry the details on my shoulders (so you don’t have to!), calm your nerves, & make space for you to truly enjoy your wedding day to the fullest. I thrive on smoothing out the unexpected & bringing peace into the chaos because your unique love story deserves to be celebrated, not survived.
Outside of weddings, I’m a full-time graphic designer, which means I’ve got an eye for what looks beautiful & cohesive. I love pulling all the creative details together from vendors to vision & turning them into a day that feels deeply personal & effortlessly you.
When we work together, my goal is simple: you focus on getting married; I’ll make sure all the puzzle pieces fit perfectly, from keeping your timeline & budget on track to reminding you to eat cake & of course, bustle your dress so you don’t have to kick it during your first dance too! You deserve to feel calm, supported, & completely present on the day that marks the beginning of the rest of your life together.
